Jess and Luke's Manly wedding was a day to remember. There is just something about a wedding on the stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney. It's one of my favourite places to head for a celebration. Greeted with warm, sunny autumn skies, the day began with Jess's family getting ready in a cute little airbnb overlooking the water at Little Many. Luke and the groomsmen, on the other hand, spent the morning swimming and catching waves at Manly Beach, before getting ready at the Novotel Hotel.

With a classic theme and a rich colour palette of navy blue and blush pink (my favourite), the day was a relaxed affair, with only 50 or so guests coming together. Thanks to COVID, Luke's family "zoomed" in to the event from their home in Manchester in the UK. A little bit colder than where we were for this Manly Wedding! Jess and Luke plan on getting back to Manchester to celebrate their wedding as soon as restrictions allow.

The ceremony was held at Manly Pavilion, with warm, dappled light spreading over the pavilion from the west. As the sun set, the party moved on to The Boat House at Shelly Beach for a fun evening of speeches and dancing. These two spots are fantastic locations for a Northern Beaches wedding.
